Ssassy Property has clear vision to utilise its own investment and funds from other like-minded investors, to deliver highly sustainable and beautifully designed projects in their home patch of Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley.
The focus is on two types of project;
- The development of sites for new homes offering custom-build options for residents. We utilise a tried and tested high-performance, natural building system to create beautiful homes.
- The purchase of under-utilised and run-down commercial buildings in town centres to transform them into stylish living spaces. This, in turn, injects disposable income back into town centres and helps to boost the local economy.
We believe that partnerships are essential for the delivery of exceptional projects, which is why we work with the very best suppliers, forward thinking charities and leading Housing Associations.
All of the above is underpinned by the skills and local knowledge of the team and a philosophy of ensuring that our schemes are beneficial to local communities and the environment.
