Brand Identity Launched for Springfield Meadows Custom Build Scheme

Ssassy is delighted to unveil its brand identity for its Springfield Meadows project. The brand uses the Common Blue butterfly to reflect the generous plots and shared spaces on the scheme, along with Ssassy’s commitment to enhance biodiversity, alongside high quality design, placemaking and the highest standards of sustainability.

25 new homes are consented for this beautiful edge of village site, just 7 miles from Abingdon and 11 miles from the centre of Oxford. 16 plots offer custom build options for 2,3, 4 and 5 bed homes, whilst there are 9 Affordable Homes which are being designed and delivered to the same exemplary standards.

Residents will enjoy large gardens as well as a range of beautiful shared spaces that will include a wildflower meadow, orchard and pond, all designed to help to create a thriving community and a vibrant ecology. The design and quality of construction will minimise utility bills and reduce impact on the planet. Ssassy is seeking to achieve One Planet Living Global Leadership status.

With the aim of creating a harmonious overall design, the layout and external appearance of all homes is pre-determined. Purchasers will be able to choose from different internal layouts and a wide range of specification items, to ensure that their new home is tailored to meet their own requirements. Greencore Construction, who are the preferred contractor, will offer fixed price turnkey packages.

Whilst planning consent is in place and site works will commence next month, we are currently finalising layout and specification options, along with detailed costings. We are not yet in a position to enter into detailed discussions, but welcome early expressions of interest. We also encourage approaches now from anyone who has specific requirements that might need to be integrated at an early stage. If you would like to find out more information on this project, then please visit our page on Custom Build Homes or contact us
