We are on the lookout for land in the Thames Valley area, to develop into sustainable housing communities.
The developments will range from 5 to 50 homes, built by carefully selected construction partners using sustainable materials and featuring green infrastructure including wildlife corridors, wildflowers, and bee bricks.
Ssassy Director, Clive Maple, said:
“Sites don’t need existing planning to be considered for Ssassy developments. We’re looking for private landowners who are interested in increasing value and doing something worthwhile at the same time.”
We’re looking to work with people interested in legacy land, or those who no longer want to look after the land they own. There is a known need for new housing in Oxfordshire and across the UK, and working with our chosen construction partners, Greencore, our sustainable developments will see land used for the benefit of residents, wildlife, and the planet.
As well as sustainable constructors, we also work with smart technology partners to ensure the new homes work for people as well as the planet, using tech that tracks habitation patterns to increase comfort and decrease energy usage.
As well as open sites, we’re looking for small holdings, large gardens, sympathetic extensions to villages, and other spaces that would benefit from sustainable infill housing. If you or somebody you know has land that they would like to see used for good, get in touch with us today.
